The fears you're not asking out loud

Will this get me fired or sued? No.

These are the real questions. We answer them directly — no spin.

Is my boss watching me?
No — you control it, they never see footage.
Clips go directly to us, never to your company, your foreman, or anyone on site. Nothing is streamed live. This is your side income, not a company program.
Can insurance use this against my comp claim?
There is no per-worker file to use.
What insurers can ever receive is human-reviewed safety findings about site conditions — no names, no individual feed. The export code structurally blocks worker-identified fields from the insurance bundle, and the site agreement your host signs bars using any of it in employment decisions.
Will this get me fired or written up?
No — the safety side is coaching, not discipline.
You confirm your own work in review. Nothing here produces a ranking, a score, or a discipline trigger on you — that boundary is written into the contracts and enforced in the export code.
Am I just training my replacement?
You're selling what you already know. Straight up.
Yes — this data teaches machines to do dangerous, repetitive work. Robots learning the trades is happening either way; the question is whether the tradespeople whose skill they learn from get paid. Here, you do — for the footage and for correcting the machine like you'd correct a first-year apprentice.
Will my face or identity be sold?
No — blurred and stripped before it leaves us.
Faces, voices, badges, and name tags are stripped before anything reaches a buyer. If the blur pass fails on a clip, the clip is rejected — it doesn't ship with your face in it. We never sell biometric identifiers.
Is the pay real and on time?
Yes — regular direct deposit, every dollar itemized.
Gear ships to you free (replaced free if it breaks). Your rate is confirmed at signup, and your dashboard shows every clip, every bonus, every dollar. Heads up: it's 1099 income — plan on setting aside roughly a third for taxes.
The privacy diagram

Who sees what. Exactly.

This is the central promise. Read it, then decide if you want to sign up.

YOU
Full control
  • Your own footage (you can delete any clip)
  • Your earnings dashboard — every dollar itemized
  • Your review session — you confirm your own safe spans
YOUR BOSS / FOREMAN
Zero access
  • Cannot see any footage
  • Not streamed — not accessible
  • Not a company program — this is yours
THE BUYER
Blurred + stripped
  • Blurred footage only (faces, voices, badges stripped)
  • Skill and task data with no name attached
  • A failed blur pass rejects the clip — it never ships
SAFETY / INSURANCE DATA
No individual feed
  • Human-reviewed site findings only — no per-worker file
  • Worker-identified fields blocked by the export code
  • Site agreements bar use in employment decisions
The safety/insurance lane is separated in the export code, not just in policy. A leak guard structurally blocks worker-identified fields from ever entering the insurance bundle, insurer-facing findings require human review before release, and the agreements your host signs bar using any of it in employment decisions. No per-worker file exists to be used against you.

How to get paid

Three steps. That's it.

We built this so it adds basically zero overhead to your workday.

Step 1
Clip the camera on
We ship you a DJI Action 4 and a helmet mount. Takes 10 seconds to attach. Hit record when you clock in.
Step 2
Work your normal shift
Camera runs in the background. You don't change a single thing about how you work. That's the whole point.
Step 3
Get paid on a regular schedule
Plug in the dock at end of shift. Clips upload overnight. Regular direct deposit to your account — your dashboard shows every dollar.
Your data, your money

You own what you record.

Opt in, pause, or stop anytime — no penalties, no minimums. Delete clips on the camera before they upload, or request deletion from your dashboard afterward. The AI never shows you its guess about a clip, so you're never pressured to rubber-stamp a result. When you correct a label, that's paid work. Your expertise is the product — and you should be paid for it.

Opt in / pause / stop anytime

No commitment required before you're sure. Pause when you're on a job you'd rather not document. Pick back up when you're ready.

You delete clips

One button on the camera stops recording, and you can delete any clip on the camera before it ever uploads. After upload, request deletion from your dashboard — it comes out of processing under your signed agreement.

Blind review — no rubber-stamping

The AI never shows you its guess, so you can't be pressured to confirm something that didn't happen. Your correction is your judgment, not an echo.

Corrections are paid work

The computer is a first-year apprentice; you're the journeyman. Review sessions are short conversations on your phone — and they're paid, at the rate confirmed at signup.

No fine print you find out later

The stuff other platforms bury.

Where your footage actually goes

Robotics companies training machines for dangerous and repetitive work buy the blurred footage and labels. Separately, human-reviewed safety findings about site conditions — no names, no individual feed — can go to insurance for loss prevention. That's the whole list. Your employer isn't on it.

The tax reality

This is 1099 side income, not a paycheck. Nothing is withheld — plan on setting aside roughly a third. Your dashboard itemizes every dollar so tax time isn't a scramble.

The real time cost

Recording is passive — clip the camera on, work your shift, dock it at night. The paid part that takes attention is the review: a short conversation on your phone about your own footage, teaching the machine what it got wrong. Short by design, and paid.

What we can't promise
